Dear Participant NCO School,

 

I regretfully noticed that you have not replied for the invitation to the cooperation of the Visegrad 4’s NCO school’s conference.

 

Wherewith we have one and a half month to the planned conference, I have decided that I take efforts to organize this conference. I plan this event to 2011 September.

 

I hope the new date will be suitable for you in order to ensure the establishment of the cooperation.
